Hi! I am Nikeeta, your trainer, your friend and, the face behind CuztomFit Personal Training.
 
 As a qualified Sport & Exercise Scientist, I have taken up teaching and training everyone who is intimidated by exercise and training spaces. I have dedicated an extensive amount of time and research to holistically introduce each and every client to their strongest selves.

It’s not easy to start your fitness journey, especially when you have no idea where to begin but what’s important to me is that you have made that decision.

I walk with you every step of the way. I am not only your trainer, but I am also your motivator, your biggest cheerleader and your accountability partner. I hold you to the promises you made for yourself, and I relentlessly work to see you smash each and every goal that you have set.
